Workflow Review and Outcome Briefing
We undertake workshops with you and your team(s) to ensure we fully understand the current methods you used to produce your work and the issue(s) you are trying to solve.
Solution Mock-up(s)
We ensure that we have understood the problem(s) by providing you with mock-ups and feedback sessions to confirm we have understood the desired inputs, variables, constraints, and outputs.
Script and Development
Depending on the complexity of the issue we will create scripts (graphs) that show the process working in real-time. We may also create custom Python or C# libraries as needed.
Progress, Handover and Onboarding
We allow for 2no., 1-hourprogress and 1no., 2-hour handover meetings. Ensuring that you have all the information and training you need to use the solution we have created.
